Early Closure Notice

Due to the Year 11 Leavers' Mass, school will close early on Friday 24th May. Buses will leave at 12.30pm.

Sadie's Bench

Pupils from 11 Barlow raised money to purchase a bench in memory of former pupil, Sadie Banks. The bench is now situated in our new garden area.

Year 6 Football for CAFOD

Once again, we had an excellent turnout and some impressive footballing talent on display at the CAFOD Primary Football Tournament. The games were played in good spirit and the eventual joint winners were St Leonard's, Langho and Our Lady & St Hubert's, Great Harwood.

Year 9 Rounders Champions

Well done to the Year 9 rounders team who won the H&RV Rounders Tournament earlier this month. The girls won all their group matches and met Ribblesdale in the final, which was a very close game and could have gone either way. In the last innings Grace Pickles managed to get the final half rounder needed to win. A fantastic result as the team had previously lost to Ribblesdale in the league by half a rounder. Well done to all the girls involved.

Year 8 Football Champions

After a long season, Year 8 beat Bowland 3-0 in the final to win the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Cup. It was a hard-fought match in which both sides played excellent football. Man of the Match was Alex Kay who scored two goals whilst the other goal was a 35 yard free kick from Callum Boardman.
